Trustees frequently require legal assistance in administering the Trusts with which they are charged. The issues that confront them include decisions about divisions and distributions and how to best make them, questions as to the interpretation of the language of the document, or construction of what may have been the trust creator's intention. Frequently questions partake of factual, legal, and tax aspects. We provide input into the decision making process and work with other tax professionals where needed. Not infrequently, resort to the Probate Court for a final determination is needed.
