What is usually included in the documents I need? The job of setting the objectives is the clients after informed reflection on the pros and cons of various estate planning devices. My job is to implement those objectives by crafting a set of documents which will realize those objectives, and to provide you with advice and assistance in getting the plan started and keeping it working.
